Jake Elvin

Having grown up in South Africa I moved to the UK for university. Following that found myself in Bristol and was lucky enough to have Laura West recommend me to TRIA. I’ve spent a large majority of my time working as a bartender and prior to TRIA worked in Market Research. 

Their morals stood out for me. The candidate world can be a tough one and for a brand like TRIA to pride themselves on establishing relationships with people and helping them throughout their careers. It’s important to me, to build these relationships, form friendships and work together to bring about success. 

Getting to come in fresh each day and tackle challenges almost brand new. Alongside that the people at TRIA, people at all levels of the business are open and willing to offer advice, help and support. 

I’ve always been a big reader so will rarely be without a book. When I’m not reading, I’ll most likely be planning my next adventure. Forever exploring Bristol’s huge variety of restaurants and trying to balance this by playing any sport I can get involved in.
