The journey so far

I've been in recruitment for 5 ½ years so far, I got introduced to recruitment by a friend in the industry and after an extensive history within Sales environments for luxury royal warranted products & outdoor performance wear, I made the leap into recruitment! From there I started in big data but early on transitioned into eDiscovery and the Legal Technology environment after finding a passion for the industry and the people within it. Since then I've worked with some of the biggest law firms in the world, management consulting firm, tier 1 banks, industry giants and boutique firms supporting their investigations and security led technology hiring often from a legal side and technology side. Joining TRIA is a chance to build on these skills and echo this support across other developing technology requirements across clients.

Why TRIA?

I'd been working fully remote in a boutique firm for a while and had really enjoyed it but felt it was time to return to the office environment with a big team to learn from and continue my development, after interviewing with a few firms, TRIA stood out with similar values on prioritising client relationships and candidate journeys with equal value as well as emphasis on their external passions being embodied internally with their (Insert WeConnect award), work with the environment (Insert Tree Charity) and their work to support other charities locally in Bristol. Finally, the Directors & Founders really made me feel like this would be the right 'home' for me through their sharing of how they handle not just the fun parts of recruitment but also tough parts.

Hobbies & interests

Cliche and typical but speaking to people! Solving tough, technical and complex hiring requirements gets the motor running in the morning. I'm really proud of the commitment I make to clients to successfully place people into their businesses with strong market add, and I would like to feel they would feel the same way about me (hopefully). And all of this is done through speaking to people, learning about their passions in a role, frustrations, favourite tasks and even upsets to ensure they move they make changes their life for the better whether financial or spiritual and at the same time making the client happy with an air tight personality and skills fit that suit them.
