Lara Webb

As a founding member and Director of TRIA, it has been fantastic to see the company grow from 3 people around a table in serviced offices to where we are now - great people, loyal clients and an office with the best view in Bristol! My role really focuses on maintaining those long-standing relationships and introducing the consultants to take over more of the delivery and day to day running of the account – BUT I still can’t help getting stuck in from a delivery perspective when time allows!

It was always our aim to build a successful recruitment company where people enjoyed coming to work and I can say that the culture we have here is one of the things that I am most proud of. We have such a collaborative approach and family feel which is something we are determined not to lose as we increase in size.

I have always really enjoyed the client relationship aspect of the job. I have clients that I have known for over 20 years (!)  and have recruited for them in various companies so know what they want from a cultural perspective. Recruitment is so much more than bums on seats – it is about understanding your client base and providing them with great people. My favourite part of the role now is seeing employees progress their careers.  We have had more than 5 people reach their TRIA 5 year anniversaries and I love the fact that they have grown with the company.

My spare time is spent doing anything fitness related and holiday escapes, plenty of places on my bucket list still to see though!
