The journey so far

I joined TRIA at the tail end of February this year and whilst it has only been four months, I have fully ridden the recruitment rollercoaster achieving lots of interviews but little in the way of deals initially. This has since gone full circle and I am in the lucky position to be over target two months in a row and will shortly be going on my first lunch club. I am excited to build on this success and know that should there be another dip in the rollercoaster the team are here to support me.

Why TRIA?

TRIA had been on my radar for a while before joining and I have not looked back once since signing up. It is a mature and collaborative environment where people do not take themselves too seriously and you can fully be yourself. This coupled with a relationship driven approach to recruitment is what made me choose TRIA and I hope to be here for many years to come.

Your favourite part of the job?

Having always been a driven and outgoing person, it has been amazing to meet so many likeminded people through this job and there is always someone who is down for a drink or five after work. Being welcomed instantly by everyone really helped with the transition to a new company. TRIA has also offered great opportunities for training and the career progression path excites me.

Hobbies & Interests

Outside of work I can usually be found at a bottomless brunch wearing one of my many loud shirts or blazers. When I am looking for something a little more wholesome, I love getting stuck into a good history book and cooking at home. During lockdown I really got into walking and now I like nothing more than getting a few miles in followed by a pub lunch. This alongside swimming has been really beneficial for my mental health.
