Noel O'Sullivan

I started my career in procurement and quickly discovered a passion for the business side of technology. Over the past 20 years, I've worked my way up through various commercial roles, focusing on developing effective business strategies and fostering team growth. I joined TRIA as the Commercial Director in July 2024, drawn by their innovative approach and commitment to real, lasting partnerships.

I was attracted to TRIA because of its people-first culture and the genuine approach it takes towards recruitment. Here, we value relationships over transactions, and that resonates deeply with my own professional ethos. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that not only values the input of its employees but also prioritises their development and well-being.

What I love most about my role is the opportunity to influence and implement strategies that not only drive the company forward but also support individual and team successes. It’s incredibly rewarding to see projects come to fruition and to know that our work has a direct impact on our clients' and candidates' success.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about football and spend most weekends either playing or coaching. I also cherish time spent camping with my family, exploring the outdoors and disconnecting from the digital world. These moments help me recharge and keep me connected to what’s important.
