I joined TRIA in October 2020 as a Consultant and quickly felt like I’d been here for years, great culture and work ethic with a great blend of fun and banter. Fast forward 18 months with 2 promotions under my belt and now managing a team of 4 amazing recruiters focussing on a truly great portfolio of clients, TRIA has proved to be my best career move ever…. and best of all I get to work with my favourite Hobbit recruiter Jason Ashton. 

TRIA was the obvious fit for me with their genuine focus on building relationships and having long lasting partnerships with all their clients. This is exactly how I have spent my time in recruitment so far and yet I am still learning new things everyday here at TRIA.

Hard to choose 1, working with best-in-class recruiters, TRIA Lunch Clubs, Ski Trip (which was ridiculous), flexibility to work from home, constant support from everyone…. The list goes on. 

Mostly dreaming about being more motivated to exercise, and then talking about Liverpool, watching Liverpool, forcing my kids to support Liverpool. Oh, and the thing that takes up most of my spare time is managing my son’s Under 8 football team and whatsapping my coaches with wonderful ideas for new training drills. Frampton Rangers till I die….
