Rich Napier

I joined TRIA at the end of 2020 after becoming disillusioned with Recruitment. Having been in the industry since 2016, I was yet to work at an agency that aligned with my way of recruiting – relationship led! Luckily, I then found TRIA - having been promoted twice in the last 18 months I am now working towards my next promotion to build my own team around me.

The main draw to TRIA was being able to work in an environment where I was trusted to do my job. No silly KPI’s or micromanagement, I’m treated like an adult and left alone to do the work I need to do. Alongside this, there’s some seriously knowledgeable people in the business who are always there to give help when it’s needed.

Getting out and about and meeting my clients and candidates! Building relationships over Teams just isn’t the same. Being able to get out to London each month to see people face to face is what the job is all about.

Outside of work I’m big into sports, whether that be playing football, golf, tennis, running etc. I’m also working towards being a professional darts player (we’ve all got to have dreams, right?). Alongside this I’m a big music lover, and you’ll regularly find me at one of the many amazing music venues across Bristol.
