I started at TRIA in May 2021 and what a great decision that was. Having worked in a ‘Sales type’ role for 3 years previous, recruitment was still new to me. TRIA was an easy decision and I count myself lucky to be part of the tribe! I started my recruitment career at TRIA as a delivery consultant, setting myself some ambitious goals being the competitive person I am! 6 months in and I achieved my 1st promotion to Sales consultant and also receiving the ‘Rising Star of 2021’ award at the end of year awards.

I’ve been part of TRIA for a little over a year, but what feels like years! We have a brilliant culture at TRIA with a relationship focussed approach, this became a no brainer to join. We also have no KPI’s! The whole team are on hand when needed and the office views are a huge bonus! The whole TRIA team are great and I couldn’t ask to work with a more ambitious and motivated group of people. TRIA does it right, amazing culture, good banter and strong work ethic. Some would say the perfect Blend. Setting out more ambitious personal goals, I’m excited for the future with TRIA!

Tough to choose 1, but the satisfaction of placing a candidate in a dream role they can’t turn down is awesome. I also enjoy the buzz of receiving feedback for providing great service both client and candidate through out the process, this is always a win!
Work aside, our Socials are top notch! The Ski Trip incentive is also a favourite having been on the most recent (Epic!) 

Coming from a professional rugby background, rugby is still an interest of mine. I enjoy supporting previous teams, following close friend’s careers and of course supporting Wales! These days, if I’m not working, I am more than likely on the golf course, constantly wanting to be better and playing the occasional competitive match!
