Danny has been the CIO at Anthony Nolan for more than 5 years now. They are one of the leading UK charities fighting to save the lives of those with Blood Cancer all over the world. In this episode, Danny talks all things Diversity & Inclusion, Woman in Tech, apprenticeships and how he has helped shape the Tech team at Anthony Nolan since the height of the pandemic. Danny also lays out how he successfully implemented a D & I programme that has resulted in a development team made up of 50% women, 50% men.
