TRIA has proved to be my best career move ever. It was the obvious fit for me with their genuine focus on building relationships and having long lasting partnerships with all their clients. This is exactly how I have spent my time in recruitment so far and yet I am still learning new things everyday here at TRIA.

When I was interviewing to step in to my first recruitment role, TRIA stood out by offering a relationship driven and collaborative approach (with one another as well as with the clients and the candidates we represent). They also didn’t believe in having heavy KPI’s and a micromanaging approach. 5 years later – this has not changed!

I joined TRIA at the end of 2020 after becoming disillusioned with Recruitment. Having been in the industry since 2016, I was yet to work at an agency that aligned with my way of recruiting – relationship led! Luckily, I then found TRIA. Being able to work in an environment where I was trusted to do my job. No silly KPI’s or micromanagement, I’m treated like an adult and left alone to do the work I need to do.

Alongside this, there’s some seriously knowledgeable people in the business who are always there to give help when it’s needed.

After the birth of my two children, I began to work part-time and eventually decided that I wanted to be around more for my kids and decided to take time away from the industry. I recently felt maybe it was time to put feelers out about a more permanent return to the workplace and I joined TRIA in 2022.

Having been out of the recruitment world as I knew it for a long time I was apprehensive, however, as soon as I met the TRIA Team I had a strong sense that I would enjoy working with them and also that there was a great culture at TRIA that meant there it was a company that allowed the flexibility to work hard but also fit in life outside of work.    

At the time of joining, I was returning to work following a career break and TRIA offered a me an exciting new challenge, in a fun work environment, with the flexibility I needed to ensure a positive work life balance. Every day it is a privilege to work alongside such an ambitious and highly motivated team.

TRIA had been on my radar for a while before joining and I have not looked back once since signing up. It is a mature and collaborative environment where people do not take themselves too seriously and you can fully be yourself. This coupled with a relationship driven approach to recruitment is what made me choose TRIA and I hope to be here for many years to come.
