Data Migration Manager

You will be working on the data migration elements on a complex programme replacing a legacy system with a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). As the Data Migration Manager, you will work closely with the Data Management Workstream Lead on both technical and business facing responsibilities. You will execute on the data migration work using tools like SSIS while engaging business users to understand what data is critical for the new system. As a M365 Infrastructure Engineer, you will sit within the Digital Workplace team and operate as the Tech Owner for key Microsoft 365 products. You will aid the support team and serve as a technical escalation point for any issues relating to M365 and its applications. You will also work proactively on projects and improvements to further expand the capability of the tools within the business. You will be the final point of escalation for any issues relating to the M365 tools, before needing to go to the supplier. A background in Infrastructure or Application support would be advantageous. We are representing a market-leading UK Financial Services business who are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager to join their organisation. The role reports directly to the CDO and will work alongside counterparts in Data Engineering, Data Governance and Data Architecture. You will manage a team of circa 8 and will be integral in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the business. Our client is early in their Data maturity so the role will require an individual who is confident in improving the end-to-end Data Analytics process, from requirements gathering to producing reports, dashboards and valuable insights. BI is currently run by different teams, in different business units, using a variety of tools and data sets – an early project will be to centralise or standardise these BI operations to improve consistency and data quality across the business. The long-term goal is for accurate, federated reporting.
