£60-£70,000 + | 8-12% bonus | Pension contributions doubled 6% = 18%

We’re excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Software Engineer, to join a Start Up-style team within a global, insights driven organisation. This is a hands‑on full-stack role with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and maintainability. You’ll be a senior contributor within the engineering team, responsible for building robust backend services and APIs while helping shape our infrastructure and engineering best practices. You with also build and enhance front end component using VueJS, SASS/CSS.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend services
• Building and evolving well-structured, secure, and scalable APIs
• Experience with at least one major frontend framework (Vue, React, Angular, etc.)
• Owning services through their full lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and improvement
• Working closely with DevOps practices to improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and reliability
• Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction
• Mentoring and supporting other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Tech Stack: Python (Django FastAPI) & JS Front End AI Tooling Cursor, OpenAI Agents SDK, VueJS, CSS contained by Docker, K8’s, Helm and GitHub Actions
