A FTSE 250 global organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day cyber security operations during a critical transformation period.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role focused on maintaining security stability, driving tactical remediation activity, and supporting the transition to a more mature and independent cyber security function.
Working across a complex, federated environment spanning enterprise IT and OT, you will oversee security operations, manage third-party SOC/MSSP providers, drive vulnerability remediation, support Cyber Essentials recertification, and strengthen core security controls across the estate.
We’re looking for someone who is technically credible, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating at pace within a changing environment.
