Our client is a fast-growing international organisation looking for a Head of Product to lead its technology product portfolio, with SAP S/4HANA at its core.

This is a senior, business-facing role focused on moving technology towards a product-led operating model, ensuring investment is aligned with business priorities and delivers measurable value. You will own product strategy and roadmaps across SAP, CRM, data, AI and integration, while leading a team of Product Owners and managing strategic technology partners.

You’ll work closely with senior business leaders to shape priorities and improve business processes. With SAP delivery supported by a managed service partner, you’ll retain ownership of product direction, prioritisation and outcomes.

We’re looking to speak with candidates who have:

• Senior leadership experience across technology product management or enterprise applications.
• SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP experience across Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Experience introducing a product operating model, including ownership of roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation and outcome-based KPIs.
• A proven track record of leading and developing Product Owner teams.
• Experience managing outsourced application delivery, strategic suppliers and senior stakeholder relationships.
• A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to link technology investment to business value, cost efficiency and measurable outcomes.
