Our client is a market leading FMCG organisation undergoing major business and technology transformation who are looking to hire a Business Change Manager to work across a portfolio of global change programmes.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Lead end to end change activity across technology, AI and transformation projects
Assess current processes and define future ways of working, maturing the change playbook
Develop stakeholder, communication and adoption plans
Support training, engagement and change readiness
Track adoption, benefits and change success

What we’re looking for:

3-5 years’ Change Management experience in a complex global environment
Strong technology change / transformation experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with change plans, training and adoption
Global or multi-entity experience beneficial
ERP / enterprise technology or AI experience advantageous
