We’re looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master who is passionate about delivery and thrives close to the detail. This isn’t a role for someone who simply facilitates ceremonies. We’re seeking an individual with the credibility, functional understanding, and SAP expertise to challenge, influence and drive outcomes across a complex SAP environment.
Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll be responsible for ensuring delivery remains on track, removing blockers, managing dependencies and driving sprint execution. You’ll need to be comfortable getting into the detail of requirements, understanding functional discussions, and translating complex delivery challenges into actionable solutions.
The successful candidate will be highly delivery-focused, proactive and hands-on. They’ll combine strong Agile principles with genuine SAP programme expertise, enabling them to add value beyond facilitation alone. This is an opportunity for someone who can operate as a trusted delivery leader, drive accountability, and ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
