Workplace IT Support Analyst

Workplace IT Support Analyst – Contract 3-6 months – Central London – on site 5 days per week

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic Workplace IT Team. Based in their Central London offices, you will play a key role as part of a small team of skilled support analysts providing front-line IT support – diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and end-user technology issues, ensuring support requests are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also work closely with colleagues across all areas of the business, helping to maintain a reliable and effective workplace technology environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Hands on IT support experience, ideally gained in retail, hospitality or similar fast paced, customer focussed environment
• Windows Server Administration and Active Directory
• Microsoft Office 365 administration
• Windows 10/11
• macOS 12+
• Apple mobile technologies
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Multi-factor authentication
• Infrastructure and systems monitoring tools

It is essential you are willing and able to be office based 5 days per week including an early and late shift pattern (8-6.30pm). You must be available immediately or within a short period.
