C# Developer

Rate: £300/day (Outside IR35)

Duration: 3 months initially (rolling)

Location: Fully Remote

We’re supporting a growing insurance company looking for a C# Developer on an initial 3‑month contract to support a key modernisation project. The role involves rewriting legacy VB6 code into modern C#. You do not need VB6 experience, but you must be able to write modern C# code to a high level.

This is a fully remote role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and deliver clean, reliable code from day one.

Experience Required:

Strong proficiency in C#, ideally with modern versions (C# 8+)
Proven ability to hit the ground running in fast-paced or remote contract roles
Comfortable working remotely (proactive and self‑starter)

Desirable (Not Essential):

SQL
NET Core
xUnit
