A leading consultancy are looking for experienced Change Managers to join them on a contract basis for an initial 6 months to lead hands-on change and communications activities for a leading FMCG client.

To be considered for this Change Lead role, please make an application demonstrating the following:

  • Change and Communications experience across FMCG, Retail, or consumer-facing organisations
  • Experience working for a consultancy
  • Experience working in a large corporate organisation is a bonus
  • Ideally, experience working on adoption of data and analytics changes/standardisations across a business (this is preferred, not essential)
  • Hands-on making Change Impact Assessments
  • Getting creative with your communication- use of SharePoint, digital screens, and more traditional methods
  • This role would ideally suit a Change Communications Lead, Change Communications Consultant, or someone with a really strong communications-focus in their Change work

This Change Lead role will be based from London on a hybrid basis, and you must be able to commute to London at least twice per week.
