QA Engineer Hybrid - Exeter -Salary - £40,000
We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to set up and own a QA function from the ground up for a growing SaaS product. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to define testing strategy, build automation, and champion quality across the business.
What you'll do
- Design and run end-to-end testing (manual + automated)
- Build and maintain test automation for web apps and APIs
- Own bug tracking and quality metrics
- Embed quality into an Agile development process
What we're looking for
- Strong commercial QA experience
- Hands-on with tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Confident testing APIs and modern web apps
- Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently
