Up to £70,000 + 20% bonus

Are you ready to shape a brand-new function and play a pivotal role in a global transformation? Our client, a FTSE 250 organisation, is investing heavily in technology as it moves from a federated model to a centralised global structure. This is your chance to define strategy, build processes, and create a team from the ground up.

As the Test Manager, you will join a newly formed function within the business and have the opportunity to shape and own testing strategy, governance, frameworks, and ways of working. You will define the scope for testing activities, including manual and automated testing, as well as prepare and deliver regular test progress and summary reports.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in a test management/QA leadership position
• Exposure of working within a large, complex & global organisations
• Experience of working within a green-field testing function, and developing it from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools (manual and automated), and best practises
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at C-suite level

It would be a bonus if you had:

• Experience within the Hospitality, Travel & Leisure, or Retail industry
