Our proud charity partnership
In today's world, where homelessness remains an issue, it is important that companies step up to help make a difference. Which is why we partner with Help Bristol Homeless (HBH), a local Bristol based charity who share their vision for a better and more compassionate community.
Building together
Recently HBH were thrilled to announce the extension of their project with the arrival of ten new Micro Flats to their site in Bristol. And we were surprised and honoured when HBH chose to name one of their new homes after TRIA, recognising our continued commitment to their cause with our fundraising efforts. This was really humbling, and we wanted to use this recognition as a platform to highlight the ongoing work of HBH and the issue of homelessness we still face.
HBH's homes offered as temporary housing are one of the many invaluable services they provide. Seeing HBH work with the support of their wider team and volunteers to build temporary container accommodations, to be used by residents while they access the help they need to secure a permanent home. By providing people with the security and dignity that everyone deserves, they are empowered to take an active role in improving their situation. HBH’s core mission is to help homeless people off the street first, and then give them a helping hand in the right direction. (Learn more on what HBH offers here)
A milestone in our journey
At TRIA, we work to stay a community conscious organisation, and have made social responsibility a priority. Understanding that by supporting local initiatives, businesses can play a significant role in tackling challenges to help our city.
We are aware that this is a milestone in our ongoing journey with our charity partnership. Homelessness continues to persist, and there is a lot more work to be done. We will continue to move forward by continuously supporting HBH’s initiatives, working towards a community where everyone has a place to call home.
