Technology Service Delivery Manager

We’re supporting a large international organisation in the search for a Technology Service Delivery Manager to oversee the performance, delivery and continual improvement of critical technology services across a complex, multi-vendor environment.
This role will act as the bridge between the business, technology teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring services meet agreed SLAs, supporting service transition activities, managing escalations, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery and performance of technology services.
- Manage service levels, incidents, escalations and service improvements.
- Lead relationships with suppliers and outsourced partners.
- Ensure effective service transition for new projects and technology changes.
- Drive efficiencies, improve user experience and reduce support overheads.
- Monitor service performance, compliance and operational risk.
About You
- Proven experience in Technology Service Delivery, IT Operations or Service Management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- ITIL qualified.
- Demonstrable track record of improving service performance and operational effectiveness.
- Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
