SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant - 6 Month Contract
East Sussex Based – Hybrid Working onsite 2/3 days a week (accom provided if stayover needed)
TRIA are representing a fantastic industry leader with multiple sites across the country. As part of a group wide IT modernisation process, they are implementing SAP Successfactors across the business and they need someone who has particularly strong and in depth knowledge of SF to help optimise it, configure the attraction + onboarding tool, they need the ECP and employee control modules sorted, workforce schedule etc.
So the heavy lifting has been done but they need a hands on advisor who understands the SuccessFactors system, how to optimise reporting tools, help them move to a weekly payroll etc.
Someone with excellent stakeholder management, hands on involvement in SF implementations, and comfortable working in a standalone role as the SF specialist in the business and working with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on post implementation optimisation
- Asking the right questions around what modules need to be added and how.
- Working with external 3rd party consultancies on the tehcncial elements of the implementation
- Leading the next 6mths of the project to ensure Successfactors is configured, optomised and fit for purpose
- Adding in attraction + onboarding tool
- Sorting ECP and employee control modules, workforce schedule etc
- Acting as the internal SuccessFactors Specialist
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience leading implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capability
- strong SAP SF tehcncial understanding
- Familiarity in a multisite B2C/Retail/EComm environment
Expectation to be on the south Coast in East Sussex 3 days a week. Overnight accommodation is available
