Matt Woodgate

I joined TRIA in June 2023 coming off 3 years in Contract Recruitment operating primarily in the Central Government and Defence space. Prior to this,  I spent my 20’s traveling and using my experience as a Chef to work and live abroad in some amazing places.  

I spoke to quite a few different Recruitment companies when deciding my next move and TRIA stood out above the rest as a company that prioritises their clients, people and the culture of business at the forefront of their decisions. TRIA are one of a few companies that I feel are part of a shift in the Recruitment world where client and candidate relationships are prioritised above deals on the board which is a big part of what attracted me.

I’m passionate about fitness & nutrition, I can often be found at the Gym or a local MMA class. I’m still a decent Chef, although probably a less decent vegetarian. I’m also a big Wim Hof fan and Ice cold showers and breath holds are one of my non-negotiables in the morning to get me pumped up for a day of Recruitment.
