A leading client in the vision technology industry are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to help propel their business growth and drive their sales strategy and activity after a restructure. You’ll be joining a small Sales Team dedicated to providing outstanding service to both existing and new clients.
Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
- Manage and grow a substantial existing account base
- Drive new sales activity and bring on new accounts
- Work directly with the Sales Director to contribute to strategy and new ideas
- Contribute your ideas, enthusiasm, and sales skills towards building the team and working towards your targets
- Support more junior members of the team this is not a direct line management role, but could grow into one if you would like that in future
- You must have some form of physical technology or engineering selling background, so you are able to understand a technical physical product and then explain it to customers
- You’ll have a proven track record of successful outbound sales activity including calls, emails and meetings
- You’ll be well-organised, flexible, and have strong attention to detail
This Business Development Manager role is a hybrid position, you will need to visit an office in in East Hampshire on a semi-regular basis, as well as occasional travel to customer sites.

We are representing a globally renowned brand who are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. Operating in the media industry, this company are market leaders in what they do with an excellent reputation as a place of work. You will be working on the data migration elements on a complex programme replacing a legacy system with a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). As the Business Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Data Migration Lead on both technical and business facing responsibilities. You will execute on the data migration work using tools like SSIS while engaging business users to understand what data is critical for the new system. We are looking for: Previous experience in large Data Migration programmes, from legacy systems to new applications Good SQL, SQL Server and SSIS skills Experience in a business-facing data role, i.e. Business Data Analyst, BI BA, Business Analyst (Data) etc. You also must have experience in 2/3 of the following three technologies: SAP WMS systems Snowflake If this sounds of interest, please apply.
